How it works - From order to finish product

Note: Based on current volume, the complete process may take from three to five weeks, depending on the shipping service you select.  We continuously update customers via email.  To learn about lead times and shipping go to Shipping.

Order Stage

Step 1

To quickly know the price of your favorite pair of jeans based on your Waist size, go to Pricing.

Step 2

After Pricing, learn all about measurements - this is the most important part of your order, please take your time there.  Go to Size.

Step 3

With the "Size Form" completed,

a. Go back to Men or Women to select your favorite pair of jeans.

b. Click your selection to see details, select measurements, color, and "Add To Bag."

c. At Checkout, Sign In if returning customer, or Register.  Only registered customers can Checkout.

d. Once Logged, sales tax will be added to your order if your shipping address is in the State of Florida, USA.

e. Complete Checkout.

Step 4

After completing Checkout, you will receive an email confirmation.

Production Stage

Step 1

Right after Checkout, your order goes to production.  Please note that we do not skip orders.  We do not offer any rush service.  We use a First Come, First Served system.

Step 2

On average, during the first ten working days we make a pattern from your measurements and a sample from the pattern.

Step 3

When your sample is ready, we ship it to you via the standard Ground Shipping Service or via any prepaid service.  We also send you an email with shipping information, e.g. tracking number.

The standard Ground Shipping Service included in the current $20.00 Total Shipping Charge offer, takes about 6 to 7 working days to deliver your sample.  Any prepaid Shipping Service will deliver your sample accordingly.  To learn more go to Shipping.

Step 4

After you approve your sample, your order continues to the Finished Product phase.  On average, it takes six to seven working days to finish your tailored pair of jeans.

Step 5

When your tailored pair of jeans is ready, we ship it to you the same way we shipped your sample and send you an email with shipping information.

Step 6

Once you receive your tailored pair of jean, we follow up with an email.
